By using this site in any manner, the user agrees to the following terms:

1. The copyright for all images in this site belongs to Joel R. Key (hereafter referred to as “the artist”). The copyright remains with the artist even after the sale of the original artwork.

2. High-quality reproductions of the artist’s work are sold both before and after the purchase of the original artwork. These reproductions are sold in ongoing, unlimited runs through various outlets both online and in-person.

3. Purchasing one of the artist’s works of art does not entitle the buyer to make their own reproductions in any form. Use of purchased artwork is strictly limited to personal display or reselling of the original work.

4. The photos displayed on this site should not be downloaded, printed, or reproduced without expressed written consent from the artist.
